Who Motoavir is for. Motoavir is a motorsport community and ride-logging app intended for a mature-teen and adult audience — a recommended minimum age of 17 (rated 16+ under Apple's updated age bands). This page explains that rating, describes the content it reflects, and sets out the responsibilities that come with using the app. It is provided alongside, and does not replace, our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. What Motoavir Is
Motoavir brings global and local motorsport into one place and gives riders and fans a place to take part. Its main features are:
- Motorsport coverage: race schedules, results, championship standings, and driver journeys across global and regional series.
- Rides & trips: riders can log rides and track sessions, build a garage, and review performance metrics such as distance, speed, and route.
- Community & profiles: public user profiles, following, leaderboards, discussions, and self-declared links to external social accounts.
- Predictions & the Scout System: a gamified, for-entertainment layer where fans make race predictions and climb weekly ladders.
- Subscriptions: some features may require a paid subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
2. Recommended Age & Why
We chose a mature-audience rating deliberately, rather than the lowest available. The elements below reflect the kinds of content that inform an age rating:

3. Road & Riding Safety
Do not interact with Motoavir while operating a vehicle. Set up your ride before you move, and stop safely before touching your phone. Riding while distracted can cause serious injury or death.
Always obey traffic laws and speed limits. Ride within your ability and within the legal limits for the road you are on. Nothing in Motoavir authorises or encourages illegal, competitive, or unsafe riding on public roads.
Motoavir is an informational and community product — not an instructional, coaching, or navigation authority. Race coverage, ride logs, and any performance figures are provided for interest and record-keeping only, and must never be treated as advice on how to ride.
Leaderboards and statistics are not an incentive to ride faster, farther, or more aggressively. They describe activity that has already happened; they are not a challenge to beat. Any track-oriented or performance content assumes a lawful, controlled environment such as a closed circuit — never public roads.
You are solely responsible for your own safety, your machine, and your compliance with the law. You ride entirely at your own risk.
4. Community & User-Generated Content
Motoavir lets people create profiles, choose display names and handles, follow one another, post in discussions, and add links to their own external social accounts. This content is created by users, and:
- We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for content, names, handles, or claims posted by users — including whether an external account genuinely belongs to the person who linked it.
- Following, leaderboards, and social links are conveniences, not endorsements and not a vouch for anyone's identity or conduct.
- External links open third-party services we do not control. Their content, safety, and privacy practices are their own; visiting them is at your discretion and risk.
We provide ways to report content or behaviour that breaks our rules, and we may remove content or restrict accounts. Reports can be sent to [email protected], alongside any in-app reporting tools. We aim to act on genuine reports promptly, but cannot guarantee that all objectionable content will be caught or removed.
5. Predictions & the Scout System
Motoavir includes prediction and "Scout" features where fans make picks about motorsport and earn points, ranks, and standings within the app.
- These features are for entertainment and community engagement only.
- They do not involve real money, wagering, staking, or betting. Points and ranks have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or prizes.
- They are games of participation and fun — not a gambling or real-money-gaming service.
If we ever introduce prizes or anything of value, we will publish separate rules, including any eligibility and age requirements that apply.
6. Data & Younger Users
Motoavir is not intended for anyone under the recommended minimum age, and we do not knowingly create accounts for, or direct the app to, children below it. If you believe a younger child is using Motoavir, please contact us so we can review the account.
What personal data we collect, how it is used, and your choices are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data. If you are a parent or guardian, please supervise the online activity of anyone in your care.
7. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Motoavir and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that information — including schedules, results, standings, routes, or performance figures — is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motoavir and the people involved in building and operating it are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app, your reliance on its content, your interactions with other users, or your conduct while riding or driving. Your use of Motoavir is at your own risk.
This page is provided for information and does not replace our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which govern your use of Motoavir. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
8. Changes to This Page
We may update this page as the app evolves. When the content of Motoavir changes materially, we will review the recommended age and update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the current version.
