- Text and Audio: Written descriptions, stories, audio recordings, or conversations that sexualize minors.
- Suggestive Content: Content that sexualizes children even if not explicitly sexual in nature.
1.2 Grooming and Solicitation
- Grooming Behavior: Any attempts to build trust with minors for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Solicitation: Requests for sexual content, images, or interactions from minors.
- Inappropriate Contact: Adults initiating private conversations with minors for inappropriate purposes.
1.3 Trafficking and Exploitation
- Child Trafficking: Content that facilitates, promotes, or depicts trafficking of children.
- Commercial Exploitation: Any form of commercial sexual exploitation of children.
- Abuse Material: Distribution, possession, or creation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Such content is never allowed on Motoavir, regardless of intent, context, artistic merit, or educational purpose.
2. Detection and Enforcement
To enforce these standards and protect children, Motoavir employs multiple safeguards:
2.1 Content Moderation
- Automated Detection: Advanced machine learning tools and image hashing technology to identify potential CSAE content.
- Manual Review: Trained moderation team reviews flagged content and user reports.
- Proactive Monitoring: Regular audits of user-generated content including posts, comments, photos, and videos.
2.2 User Reporting
- In-App Reporting: Easy-to-use reporting tools available on all content and user profiles.
- Anonymous Reporting: Users can report concerns anonymously without fear of retaliation.
- Priority Processing: CSAE reports receive immediate priority review.
2.3 Immediate Action
Upon confirmation of CSAE-related content or behavior, we take swift action:
- Content Removal: Immediate removal of all prohibited content from our platform.
- Account Suspension: Permanent termination of the offending user account.
- Device Ban: Blocking of device identifiers to prevent account creation.
- IP Blocking: Restriction of access from associated IP addresses.
- Data Preservation: Preservation of evidence for law enforcement investigations.
Note: There is no appeals process for accounts terminated due to CSAE violations. All decisions are final.
3. Reporting to Authorities
Motoavir fully complies with all applicable laws and regulations related to child safety:
- Mandatory Reporting: We report all instances of confirmed or suspected CSAE material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement authorities as required by law.
- International Cooperation: We work with international agencies including INTERPOL and local authorities worldwide.
- Full Cooperation: We provide complete cooperation with investigations, including user data, content records, and metadata when legally required.
- Evidence Preservation: We preserve all relevant evidence and records in accordance with legal requirements.
Storage Location: All user data, including photos and videos, is stored securely on our servers in Digital Ocean, Bangalore, India, and is subject to Indian law as well as international child protection standards.
4. User Responsibilities
All Motoavir users are expected to:
- Follow Laws: Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to child protection.
- Report Violations: Immediately report any suspected CSAE-related content or behavior through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting [email protected].
- Avoid Prohibited Content: Never create, upload, share, or engage with content that violates this policy.
- Protect Minors: Take responsibility for monitoring minors' use of the app and ensuring their safety.
- Age Verification: Provide accurate age information during account creation.
Failure to comply will result in strict enforcement actions including permanent account termination and potential legal consequences.
5. Age Requirements
- Motoavir is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
- If we discover that a user is under 13, their account will be immediately terminated.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's online activities.
6. Education and Prevention
Motoavir is committed to educating our community about child safety:
